On Thursday, our Ag and Envirothon students took their learning outdoors for a Bird Bioblitz at Sinnemahoning State Park! Students explored diverse habitats, carefully observing and identifying bird species in the area.
All collected data was entered into eBird, a global database used by researchers to track migration patterns and study bird populations. This hands-on experience allowed students to contribute to real-world scientific research while deepening their understanding of wildlife and conservation.
Great job to our future environmental leaders!
